Just received my delivery of Flexcut knives, they are first class and I'm so pleased with them. Chris was really helpful over the phone and within minutes of placing my order I had an email to say it had been picked and dispatched, I order on Friday afternoon and the order was in my hand on the Monday morning. Very disappointed. I ordered a kit that consisted a Swann Morton SM 0R II retractable handle with 2x SM01 blades. The kit contained only one SM01 blade - the other was SM02 and they did not fit the handle. I emailed the firm on 19th December about these problems and I am still waiting an acknowledgment of my email

Great service, understanding of what was required, and state of the art tooling to acheive an inscription on a curved surface only possible normally with hand engraving . So pleased ,- we also discussed text style and I chose this. It's a gift for my son in the Royal Navy, - he's betrothed to Grace , and wearing a tattoo of Atlas, - this was perfect.
