   Well we have just got home from my son’s 3rd birthday party and what an amazing time we have had! From start to finish all the staff went above and beyond. The kids were all well looked after and all had such an amazing time. We didn’t have the worry of any of the kids getting out as the gate was secured and children were only allowed out with an adult. My son was allowed behind the counter to hand out party bags on the children’s way out and he said “i have loved my party it’s been amazing”. All we had to do was turn up with a cake and some balloons for the table. They handled the rest!!!! They even cut the cake and put it in the party bags for me. This is only a small list of things they did for us! It has honestly been perfect. We will definitely be returning again for another party! Thank you to all the staff for making my boys party so special x

   My son celebrated his 4th birthday here with his friends and I can’t fault a thing. The children got to enjoy soft play, then had a meal in the party room which is beautifully decorated with balloons and fairy lights. Afterwards there was a disco with bubbles and foam which all the children loved. The staff are super friendly and helpful and nothing is too much of an ask for any of them. Booking a party at cheeky monkeys fully took out all the stress usually associated with a party as the team took care of everything. Thank you so much!

   We had our boy's birthday party here and we're delighted with it. There are dedicated areas for under 2's, under 5's, a sensory room, dj area with bubbles and foam canon and then there is the main soft play area which is very big. There is a separate area for the food tables which is nicely decorated and they always provide lots of good food. The main thing I love about this place is the staff. They couldn't be more helpful and welcoming, always smiling. It meant having a party for 30 children was no stress. Thank you

   We booked Cheeky Monkey’s summer party for our daughter’s 5 birthday party! It was excellent! Rich was brilliant and organised everything. We had exclusive use of the centre. BBQ style party food, that was fresh and delicious. The party room was really well decorated. The children absolutely loved the bubble disco after dinner. We can thank them enough, we didn’t have to lift a finger. Our daughter said it was the best party ever! We highly recommend the party package, great value for money and the staff were all brilliant! We would definitely book again!

   Great place, staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The best thing is the cater so well for allergies. Probably has been the safest place to eat out for my little boy. They were confident in their replies to questions about the menu etc. Makes a huge difference. The only thing that puts me of is the amount of parents that just dump their kids in there, then just sit on their phones taking no notice whilst their kids run feral. Any child age 3/4 and under needs to be watched so they don't get hurt.

   My son loves this place and I do too. He’s been playing here regularly for the last year, since he turned 1, and there has always been a great range of soft play, rides and activities for him to enjoy and grow with. They’re always adding new things or moving things around to keep it interesting and to support play for a range of ages. The play equipment is always super clean and well maintained and there’s a great range of food and drink on offer at very reasonable prices. The staff are the best part of the place, they’re always super attentive, polite and friendly. They create a lovely, relaxed but professional atmosphere which we always enjoy when we visit. They’re open a lot more regularly and offer a wider range of services than other soft plays in Worcester, so for us, they’re more accessible too.

   Go here regularly with my little one and not got a bad thing to say. Decent play area for mutiple ages, food and drinks menu is also great. Whenever we go the kids seem to enjoy their selves. As for adult variety I don't know what more you can ask for as it is a kids play area.

   Great price for some fun activities for a few hours with little ones. Safe and can easily let a toddler go crazy for a while. Covid measures are as good as can be for a place like this, limited numbers and big ventilated space. Removed the things most of the kids would put in their mouths (e.g. no ball pit currently). Really enjoyed this place.
