I would give 0 stars if I could. Attended as part of a party for my child's class friend, everything was going well until it was time to sing happy birthday and eat. The food looked and felt hard and inedible , there was not enough room for the children to sit in the party room and some of the children ended up sitting out on the balcony near the cafe. The whole atmosphere during the party room was awkward, it felt rushed and unorganised. We couldn't supervise our children by the trampolines and 2 young staff were supervising them on the ground floor, but had their backs tunred away from a group of children which was worrying as I could not see my child for most of the session. The staff were extremely rude, rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing particularly the lady with glasses at reception , the birhday parent tried to make do with the situation and i could see the disappointment in her face. Furthermore the staff are clearly racist and moody, and after reading other comments regarding multicultural staff there's none they were all white British young teenagers I only saw 1 black lad who had brought the drinks in , the owner is clearly enabling their behaviours and allowing staff to behave in this disgraceful way. I was planning on booking this place for my sons birthday but I would rather use my money elsewhere

Ok my granddaughter decided for jump party for 8th birthday so I go to work searching and found Boings, also checked for disabled friendly as I am disabled, yes you can get in with wheelchair but no way you can get upstairs to watch the children having fun there is no lift, I had to have assists climbing the stairs. Anyway to the party, I booked for 10+ and paid the deposit in the end there was 17. Up to the party they did correspond with me basically trying to get the rest of the payment but payment machine was playing up I believe. Also I did phone back regarding questions but you get answer phone and no reply so I emailed them, guess what, no reply. So party day arrived we all got there and the young ladies in charge were so kind and friendly. The children went off with the guide and had a very happy time for an hours jumping. Time up and the tea party started, the food produced was amazing, there was more than enough, and then the young lady went to light candles for the cake and bring it in for us all to sing happy birthday to my granddaughter. She and her friends had a fantastic time. I would recommend Boings so if its a party of fun you want this is the place ( no adult jumping lol )

We had my daughters birthday party here and everyone had a great time. They were really organised and Riley was really professional and helpful. Several of the children were upset they had to finish so parents were happy to get a free return in the party bags!

A very good place for children to enjoy loosing energy. The online booking was easy which is good, friendly staffs and a good mini cafe. I definitely recommend. We are definitely coming back very soon as my son absolutely loved it.

Nice place, good staff oversite compared to other similar and decent parking around. Adults aren't allow in the trampoline area so you have a cafe upstairs to watch however, it's small and when parties are on its very crampped. No lift also for mobility issues or pushchairs.

Attended toddler time today, unsure what your capacity number is for adults and children for each session however it was way to overcrowded (I understand that your busy and it’s a weekend) but you couldn’t move for people. Everyone was falling over each other, it took ages to get through the door and then to get a locker even though we had pre-booked. Every trampoline was permanently occupied and each area was shoulder to shoulder. The session was 11-12. By the time we actually got in and got a locker it was 11:10 and we left at 11:45 because it was just TOO BUSY.

Awful service. We tried repeatedly for weeks to book a party for our little Boy. Due to the fact he was turning 4, we couldn’t book online and instead were given an email to contact. No one ever replied. About 10 emails later and numerous telephone conversations where we were promised someone would be intouch! And that never transpired. Awful service and very unprofessional. Even when we have visited we have been met with unhappy and unfriendly staff.

Really brilliant place. £9 for an hour seems like a lot if you've got two children. Luckily today was buy one get one free. Make sure you bring slipper socks or you need to pay a further £2.50 to but them too. Clean, well organised and wonderful to be hit with the air con as we entered. I'll be back.... When you have another discount on!
