Such a pity about the service users and senior managers. Firstly, service user are quite an unfriendly lot; on several occasions when I visited the complex and spoke to various people I got no more than a few words in reply before they about turned and left. Secondly, because of the 'cold shoulder' I received on my visits there and not having returned for a few months for that very reason I now find that senior management have revoked my sponsorship and I am told I can longer attend. I'm sure there as to be something alot better out there somewhere!

Went for a carers course, was ok. They had a full fire evacuation whilst I was there, everyone evacuated to the rear exits, however all congregating right next to the actual building. Also a role call made, however they missed names. And left fire doors open. Should really make use of enormous car park for evacuations not the space right outside of the fire door. Good job it was a practice, more work needed there I'm afraid. Especially when 30% were wheelchair users, whom might I add weren't given much assistance.
