   Had a scratch on the drivers door trim.so I went to m53 ford Ellesmere Port and explained to the parts man what I needed.he said I need a replacement door card and gave me a price and when it would be in stock. Extremely helpful to me I then went and booked my car in and again the service man was very polite and helpful. He said I can sit and wait as it wouldn’t take long. Il definitely be taking my car there when it’s due it’s service can’t fault the place 10/10

   Recently purchased a car from m53 ford. Neil morris has helped us throughout and has been nothing but helpful. We were shown a number of cars that fit the price, mileage and specification we were requesting. He was more than happy to spend a lot of time with us, going through our needs, what we did and didn’t want and he answered ANY and ALL questions. Given we were not flexible with times to contact he was also more than happy to work around us. Neil could not do enough for us today, he went above a beyond and couldn’t be more pleased.    I cannot thank Neil Morris enough for everything that he has done. The whole process of buying my car was simple. He reserved the car for 3 weeks for me while i was awaiting some paperwork to be able to sell my old car, any checks i have asked for he has got back to me with answers and was great towards my kids upon collecting the car. The car was fully prepped and ready to go once i got there after a 2 hour journey once the admin had been complete. Neil was a pleasure to deal with and a great member of the team

   I bought a car in January this year and then moved house. so I came to M53 ford in Ellesmere port for my service as it was closer. James, Melanie and Brogan from the service team were very friendly and helpful. While I waiting for my service I was speaking to a couple of the sales team who were very nice and offered me tea and coffee while I waiting. I ended up buying a new focus on a great deal. I dealt with Dave and Morgan and was very impressed with their knowledge of the cars. I was nervous going in at first but was made to feel at home by everyone there. would highly recommend for anyone looking for a vehicle or anyone looking for somewhere to service theirs.
