   Service so so slow. Is a franchise and they are cutting staff costs. Only two on Saturday morning at 10! Plenty of seats but ridiculous queue at the tills. Don’t take Amex. 15 mins for a coffee. Nice inside but won’t be coming back. Will go to Costa two doors down!

   I went here to grab some coffee and a sandwich around 6.20. They had closed the sandwich area & then refused to serve me stating they had cleaned the preparation area. Was bit rude mainly the guy and the lady at the till. Closing time was 6.30. Usually the other 2 Asian ladies are very professional & I was shocked with this behaviour with these 2 people

   This Starbucks has become my go-to spot, and for good reason. Not only does this place offer a cosy ambience to chill and unwind, but it's also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus for me and my doodles. The highlight of my visits is undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by Jess. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my orders are perfect every time. Her warm smile and genuine enthusiasm make each visit a delight. Plus, she never forgets to spoil my furry companions with delicious puppuccinos, which they absolutely adore. My latest obsession, the clotted cream fudge cold brew, is an absolute must-try. It's the perfect blend of creamy sweetness and bold coffee flavor—a true indulgence with every sip.Whether I'm catching up on work or simply unwinding with friends, Starbucks offers the perfect setting. With great drinks, friendly staff like Jess, and a welcoming atmosphere, it's no wonder this place has become my second home. Thanks, Starbucks and Jess, for always making my visits wondeful!

   Pretty poor. Two staff on duty. One round the back. Took 20 minutes to get my drink and then after sitting down for 5 minutes they said they were closing in 2 minutes due to lack of staff even though no customers were waiting to be served. There was no sense of urgency or customer concern. Whoever owns this needs to up their people mgt game.

   I can only give 4☆ because it is a Starbucks. However, it is clean, bright, and seating is well spaced out. The staff are friendly and reasonably well treated, I hear. Open when independent cafés are closed, nice, and warm too.

   Rude staff, 2.20 pounds for second day croissant fresh out of the fridge tasting like tyre rubber, asked for a stay in cappuccino, they have given me a take away cup and when told they tried to just move it into a mug instead of doing it from scratch… obviously everything without an apology but instead with bad faces and whispering comments each other.. a disaster as costumer experience. Just go to Caffè Nero instead just opposite, much better coffee and freshly baked pastries and always with a smile on the face.

   Same as a lot of others here it seems. Customer service here is dire. All drinks now in paper cups and charged, guess it saves on washing up and adds a good % at the end of the day. Certainly not Starbucks stated policy though. Ability to serve customers is poor, more akin to a builders merchants than a relaxing morning coffee. Weirdly this isn't just one member of staff it's most of them.
