   We have had a lovely breakfast and we thank you so much for that!! Cappuccino the best I have had in a long time, ham and cheese toasties was delicious and apple crumble was unbeatable!! Lovely atmosphere, clean and comfortable, just the right place for Christmas and all year round!! Thank you!!

   This is not the first time time I have coffee. And everything before was fine but not today… Today’s visit to Coffee Nero was… a masterclass in frustration. I attempted twice to order an apple crumble—twice!—and my QR codes were treated with the enthusiasm of a soggy tea towel. The young lady behind the counter was utterly lost in her own thoughts, paying zero attention to me. By the third attempt, both my patience and my desire for apple crumble had vanished entirely. The rest of the team, however, were delightful—cheerful, efficient, and perfectly competent. I will absolutely be returning to enjoy their service… but as for her? Not a single order will pass over that counter again. Ever. Mood for the day? Completely ruined, thanks to one distracted soul.

   One star for today Sunday afternoon two girls at the till, literally messed up everyone’s drink, no ice as the ice machine broken okay fine. Ordered large pistachio oat latte, open the lid- not full at all, normal milk and didn’t added any pistachio syrup, seriously?? Tastes like normal latte. Please train your staff properly before putting them on shift

   Vanilla matcha at Nero Café in Uxbridge is absolutely delicious smooth, sweet, and perfectly balanced. The matcha and the coffee are both amazing; honestly, everything tastes better than the last. I always try their new drinks and they never disappoint. The café is cozy and has a nice, relaxing vibe. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s one of my favourite spots in Uxbridge. Highly recommended!

   This cafe is positioned on Uxbridge High street near one of the shopping malls there. Is not too different from the other shop in this chain only then there have more sitting places. The staff was very positive, polite, and professional. We had nice drinks there.

   Cafe Nero Uxbridge is one of the Branch i usually visit on regular basis. Staff here is co operative and provides good customer service. Barista’s here are friendly. Loved the overall experience and sitting. Can be better but what else do you need when you have three’s offers!

   This cafe holds a very special place in my heart. I've been a regular there for over 5 years. First thing in the morning on my morning commute, I'd sometimes be the first customer of the day. I ordered the same drink for all 5 years and it's always as good as the first time. Here's a little tip for any customer: don't give the baristas a hard time, they are human too. If you give them a hard time, the coffee won't be as good as it can be. They do what they do for you, and having been to this cafe for as long as I have, I've gotten to know a few of the baristas, and they are genuinely great people. During Winter, the vibe here is amazing. For me, the best time to go is early in the morning, when the cafe is quiet, and the music is your company. You really get to soak in the peaceful atmosphere before you start your day. I've also tried a good selection of the coffee, including the limited time coffee. The Black Forest Mocha is the best.
