I genuinely love the tea and had been always happy with the service. Today for some reason the Indian girl, very rude and no sense of service just got defensive for no reason. I was just trying to explain the misunderstanding during thr order and she just went being I don't want to spoil my day. Lik seriously form no where she just said that for a silly thing. I'm generally not a person who would complain but she just made me post this review here She needs to be thought how to deal with complaints. I hope chai pot will do something regarding this.

Ordered a hot chocolate, only customer waiting - took 2 minutes. But the hot chocolate was extremely hot, it took more than 15 minutes until I could take a safe sip. Burnt my tounge twice before that. I ordered a hot chocolate before that and it was no where near as hot as this time. Consistency lacking in my humble honesty opinion.

We missed our Oman chips and this was the only place that sold it so took a tube all the way to uxbridge just for it. The chai- both karak and saffron was good but the Oman chips sandwich was to die for. The quantity is extremely small for the price, but I went for the experience. We did end up going somewhere else for the food so do visit if you miss Omani snacks.

Although not the quickest service it is friendly and helpful, especially to first timers. Both the food and drinks are very, very, good and would certainly encourage a return visit but more likely for a takeaway as the premises are small and, even with a cordoned off pavement area, offer limited seating.

What a lovely find in Uxbridge. Lovely and cosy inside with cute decor. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I had the Saffron Kadak Chai, and I know my chaiβs well and I must admit this was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

I visited this lovely place a few months ago. I'd never tried Chaii, nor Milk Cake so I was in for a fabulous surprise! I had the Pink Kashmiri Chaii, and a Pistachio Milk Cake. I love my food and have a sweet tooth, have eaten in many countries but Oh My Days, this beautiful assault on my senses was sublime. The smooth, silky chaii and the beautiful texture and flavours of the milk cake were like heaven in my mouth. I really hope I'll be back in the area soon, definitely on my list to return!

What a lovely place to have various chai and stuffed paratha. Kadak chai was nice with Oman wrap and falafel wrap. Arebic chai was fine but not very impressive. Lovely interior with sitting spaces and outside sitting spaces are good in summers. Now I know where to head for amazing kadak chai. Love it and recommend highly to all the chai loversβ¦!!!

I've been here twice now and it doesn't disappoint! In my opinion it's the best Karak Chai that I've had! The staff are friendly and prices are reasonable for the size you get. I would recommend if you are ever in Uxbridge!

I can definitely see that some people will like the chai here. It wasn't bad but there is a great deal of variety in chais, so I can't knock it for the flavour. The chai size is huge! Regular was already large but the large is rather incredible. I prefer the Kadak chai of chai wala myself but my friends prefer other places. It's all down to personal preference. For me, it wasn't the chai that I usually prefer BUT it tasted decent and had just the right amount of sugar. Didn't taste watered down at all. Worth a try if you like chai and are in the area.

Walking through Uxbridge shopping area just past the infamous Red Iron Burgers, we found a shop that had been threatening to open for a while called Chaii Pot. The plan was to get a takeaway-tier 4 coffee. But, drawn in by the golden entrance and the fact that they did karak chaii (slow cookedm spiced milk tea), we decided lets give this place a shot instead. The owners told us they are a Dubai based franchise with Omani roots. Having recently opened, they were in the middle of making an array of wraps for a Deliveroo photoshoot. They had a good variety of hot beverages, wraps, pancakes (well, at least they looked a bit like pancakes), and desserts. I saw a wrap called Oman, and asked them what this was. They told me that itβs a simple wrap with Omani crisps and spicy sauce β a snack to complement the tea. 'Your Say' review by By Aku Fu
