   Clean, friendly and efficient Costa branch in Yiewsley. Car parking is available in the nearby Fairfield Road car park just around the corner. This branch has also got the classic actual paper menu boards (rather than tv displays as many Costa’s have now) so you can actually read what’s available instead of being presented with a load of advertising, which is nice - maybe I’m just getting old! Anyway, well worth a visit.

   I go to this quite regularly, it's by far the best Costa Coffee I have been to purely because the staff especially Bianca and Hortenzia give amazing friendly service and keep this place absolutely clean and spotless. They work super hard and should be rewarded for the work they put in. Keep it up and thank you for always giving top service.

   This Costa is looking a bit tired, some of the furniture has seen better days. Having said that, whenever I've been in it's usually been quiet. The service is friendly and smiley. Would recommend for a quick coffee or takeaway but perhaps not for a date.

   The coffee was not as good as I expected. I had cuppachino with cocoa nut milk ......it's usually very nice. Not this time , was watery and tasteless. Won't go there again. The same drink at Costa in Tesco is delicious

   The three staff members that was there were very friendly and helpful staff. There was a big queue as always but they were able to serve customers quickly and not lack anything when it came to good customer service. I made my order and the other staff member made it for me and I left feeling really happy. I'll definitely be coming back to that branch again. Hopefully my next visit will be as positive as this one I had. :-D

   Ordered 2 mint chocolate chip frostinos from uber, they came with hardly any mint ( as you can see in the photo the colour should be mint green not white). Was very watery/tasteless and they didn't put chocolate sauce ontop, instead they used cocoa. Very dissapointed and unacceptable.

   I like Costa. I like the layout and the ☕ so they are the positives (along with a polite and friendly barista in this particular branch). Negatives would be no WiFi. A big drawback for those who, for work or pleasure, want to connect over a coffee. The Costa app seems easy enough to use. Scan every time you make a purchase and you get points equivalent to 5% of your purchase. There is no 'buy 8 coffees and get the 9th free' type offer which is the equivalent of over 10% savings in the long run so not such a good deal there. Personally I think Costa need to up their game if this branch is anything to go by. The coffee is OK as is the service but in two big areas they are simply not competitive. Also, no contactless payments here. (They are using a dated system.)
