   Disappointing experience when we popped in for a quick brunch earlier this week. We asked for toast but there was no bread left to make toast. How can a cafe that offers toast on the menu run out of bread? There were no vegetarian sandwiches as they had none left. Everything is overpriced for what it is. The Terry’s chocolate orange hot chocolate was far too sweet and I couldn’t finish it as it made my teeth hurt. I wouldn’t come back.

   Worst customer service of all time , utter rudeness . August 10th 2025 . 2 ladies showed us disrespect and given us dirty comments and stares throughout our time in the Costa coffee which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected . As well as this through entry we were asked to leave due to our ethnicity . This is truly and utterly unacceptable

   Absolutely ridiculous branch, staff are polite however nothing polite about blasting your speakers in people’s ears that clearly have laptops and are working. Pose as a working cafe and turn up sounding like a damn rave. At least half the customers have a laptop on the desk. At one point these damn speakers are drumming through my ears. Ridiculous, background music is ok but shouldn’t be thumping in people’s head.

   I usually love coming here for my coffee — the quality is always great, and it’s been my go-to spot for a while. However, today I was very disappointed with the service. The staff member who served me didn’t seem to care about customer service at all. It felt like he had no interest in handling customers properly. I hope this was just a one-off experience, because I really do enjoy the coffee here.

   I got as far as the door before finding dogs weren't allowed. It appeared to be the first time someone has asked - as the staff stared silently at each other before telepathically deducing that the answer was no. Anyway, my wing man ordered the coffees which were of good quality and supplied in a timely fashion. Sadly, I was only able to get a picture of the inside through the closed door, but it looked nice, cosy and clean inside. Outside seating has been created in an imaginative and optimistic way...which makes it difficult to get a picture of the place without including an industrial bin!

   I visited this costa on Friday just gone and you could tell they were rushed. They forget my coffee in the frappe and when they took the frappe back to mix it, it was no longer cold but very warm. They also didn’t have any pastries left. Not like the standard of Costa.

   I always come to this costa quite regularly I am a costa addict. I love this costa so much the staff are really friendly and they practically know my order off by heart now. They are really efficient and quick at making my order and they're always really polite. I come to this costa quite often and I would 100% reccomend this costa to people who are looking for something nice to drink.

   It’s a nice new Costa on Uxbridge road, staff are polite, drinks are the same as in other Costas. One suggestion if anyone from Management is reading: please add some blinds or UV stickers at least on the top part of the windows. The light is so blinding that no one wants to sit near the window. Also when I was queuing the sunlight was heating me so much together with the eye blinding effect is not so pleasant. You’ll get more customers and more pleasant experience for them. At least I’m speaking about myself and my friends. :) Thanks!

   Well situated but parking can be difficult, depending on the time of day. Friendly staff, coffee to standard, good space separation between those who just want to take out their drink and those who want to sit and sup.
