We have been coming to Cosy Coffee since it first opened in the High St and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best coffee around, delicious cakes and food. Reza and Vi Vi are wonderful welcoming hosts and the staff are very friendly and a pleasure to be served by.
Bought a good-looking cannoli which unfortunately contained peanuts (I am allergic). They were kind enough to let me change it for an eclair, which was very delicious. Coffee was good too, and the cafe has a really nice atmosphere!

As someone used to organically grown beans, roasted onsite, and tasting of bright raspberry and sour cherry, balanced with delicate chocolate and a long sweet finish, I came here expecting to be disappointed. However the coffee was perfectly drinkable, the staff pleasant, and I think the overall experience is likely to better than anywhere else you will find on Ruislip High Street.
Probably the most unique coffee experience in the area or even whole town. Their coffee is really great, their pastries very fresh and delicious. This is a must-experience for people visiting this area. Also the staff were so friendly and all the coffee shop gives the positive vibe as you need for you day! Definitely recommend it and will be regular.
Lovely location and such friendly staff! I only popped in for a coffee. Perhaps I’m being picky but the cappuccino wasn’t up there with the best… but the snacks were scrumptious
