    My brother-in-law & I have been trying to try this place for some time as an alternative to The Red Onion Cafe. Unfortunately, the Priory Cafe was closed each time - until today! It was worth the wait. We had an excellent lunch (the standard breakfast) - which hit the spot nicely. The service was very good, and very friendly. A lovely place to eat & chat. We will be coming back here often...

    Such a great couple who you feel at home with as soon as you walk through that door. With a sense of humour, who will do their upmost to cater for your needs. I am awkward git, I always create my own dishes and it’s never a problem ( Just always shout “Thanks Chef!” Towards the kitchen, works every time) As a former Chef, Myself I cant Fault the food. Never have had a bad dish, and blooming good value too. It’s the Jewel on the Crown of the Highstreet, And yet so many people don’t even know it’s there! Which is a Shame in a way, but it means I get a seat! STOP WALKING BY.. Go for Breakky, Or lunch. Just remember... Once you ordered... Shout Towards the Kitchen... “Thanks Chef!!”
