Sim & monica were absolutely amazing, they managed to full fill a very complicated order for 3 very picky kids. With a smile and grace - definitely recommend this place
Upon entering the restaurant there was no one to greet my boyfriend and me, and we even had to wait before placing an order. It looked like there was a shortage of staff (even though it was a quiter time - we went late in the afternoon on a Saturday.) We've ordered waffles and it was a good sized portion, and tasted excellent. The milkshakes were superb as well. I'd go back (even though I feel like the service could definitely improve.)
This is purely for the kids meal deal... they offer a pudding either a drink... but only fruitshoot. I asked if I could have a water and they said no, id have to pay. Considering we are living in a society where obesity and rotten teeth in children are a huge thing, I feel water should be an option. I took my child here for a TREAT after her first week of school (she's 3) she has only ever had water. They literally refused to swap the juice for water. I was so frustrated as you should be promoting water not juice. Also, her ice cream was a disappointment... we went on the 20th September in the evening.
Went in with high expectations but was disappointed with the taste. The waffles were just above average, you can easily grab better ones for the same price at the little dessert shop. The nachos with cheese sauce and salsa were average again, nachos not as yumm and the cheese sauce was too thick. Overall the service was good, but wouldn’t visit again.
I visited Creams Cafe in Uxbridge and had the Triple Choc Brownie with ice cream. It was rich, warm, and delicious, and the ice cream made it even better. The place had a nice vibe and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my treat...
Very undisciplined staff. We are eating as it closes at 11pm it is about 9.45pm and a guy from the back comes out with a mop mopping the area while we are still eating. His mop is touching our feet his body odour is bad as his flapping his arms side to side while mopping and the smell of cleaner is coming up from the floor as his mopping. To the owner of this place - you have a nice menu with prime location don’t hire students from abroad that can not speak English and prepare cold desserts when are suppose to be hot and do not care about the customers dining in. You will only get more reviews like this. This is a heads up for you the owner to take action now. If your staff don’t want people in their just tell us we’ll go elsewhere.
Love the service, had a really good time, thanks to everyone especially Anna, even though it was her first day she did a spectacular work, and had a very positive and friendly attitude. Definitely lightened our day.
This place used to be our go to for me and my wife but the staff are awful! They argue between themselves who should take the order! I mean it’s like pot luck if they in a good mood or bad mood to take your order. Secondly the big tall white guy he smashes the plates so loud when cleaning the tables he may as well get a new job! Creams may have to keep buying plates the rate he smashes the plates on the sink to clean, and yes his face is miserable. They used to do mine and my wife’s choice of desert which was Hot chocolate fudge cake! They have stopped doing that for some reason. I no longer go as now it’s average and nothing special! I need that cake to come back for me to even consider returning, the gunishe chocolate cake is not the same and not as nice!
Delicious waffles and ice cream. One of the members of our party got the nachos which were poor so avoid those. This is a dessert place so get what they do best
