I can't sing enough praises for this Portuguese cafe, my local spot for breakfast, coffee and a sweet pastry. While the food menu is simple, the favours are good and the selection of cakes is impressive. A must try is their freshly baked soughdough. Even if you're not Portuguese, step inside and join the community!

I have driven past here for nearly three years and finally had a chance to stop in. It did not disappoint. Fantastic selection of cakes and a wonderful, friendly service. I tried two different cakes (the large coconut slice in the pic and two large pastel de maras to take home) and had a latte, both of which were amazing. I will be coming back to try more of the cakes!

Highly recommended! A small little cafe that serves great food and coffee! Staff is super friendly. They accommodated our gluten, dairy, eggs and nut allergy requirement. The highlight for me was the octopus lagareiro, beautifully presented and perfectly seasoned with a very generous amount of olive oil.
Tastey food, vibrant atmosphere. Occasionally it cab get a little loud, so pick your time carefully if that bothers you.
