Caffè Nero Ruislip was spotless, the staff were fantastic, and my drink was absolutely delicious. Couldn’t ask for more!
The staff at Café Nero in Ruislip are truly exceptional. They always know exactly what I want and consistently deliver amazing service with a personal touch. No other Nero experience compares—this team sets the bar. Highly recommended!
Consistently good, the service is always really nice here. Good selection of drinks. Clean environment. Plenty of seating and some outdoor seating is also available.
Coffee was average but took an age to arrive. 2 baristas vs a queue of approx 6 people. Just seemed so understaffed to be able to deal with the constant influx of customers. What happened to quick and go/grab coffee?
Decent food, friendly staff but the coffee quality is not the same. The regular size feels like a small when compared to other chains and mine came with half foam which is quite disappointing. Caffe Nero used to be one of my favourites before, but now doesn't seem like very good value for money.

Nice coffee but they really do need to buy new furniture. The current furniture has been there for at least 20 years. And they have no Wi-Fi. The staff are good, but c’mon owners don’t just take the money invest and improve. Furthermore constant issues with water leaking into cafe. So, they close half of it including the toilet! Really! Awful to have a cafe with no toilet. Shouldn’t be allowed.
Always welcoming amazing staff. I only wish the door was automatic so my my friend in her wheelchair could gain access without assistance
