   I visit this Caffè Nero every week with my friends and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed, the staff are always friendly, and the food and drinks are great. It truly feels like that perfect local café you instantly feel at home in.

   When you walk in you don’t know if you can just sit and if someone will come and take the order. They don’t mention if you take a ciabatta bread from the fridge that they will warm it up in the oven. (It tasted great) The three girls at the counter take your order but it’s chaotic because other people are also waiting for their coffee and you don’t know which coffee is for whom. I said girls, because they are playful and this business is not run serious like a business. If there was a manager overlooking the orders and the customers, it would fare far better. We are left a bit to ourselves, they don’t bring your order to the table.

   This cafe Nero is a nice place to have a coffee or do some work. But, the staff changed and is not friendly or personal at all anymore. The outside had a fresh coat of paint but it seems a struggle to keep it clean! Doesn’t take much to clean it once every two weeks? It looks very dirty at the moment!

   A very nice coffee shop on the high street, exactly what - and - where you want it! Nice staff and generally nothing wrong with it, but could do with a better cleaning routine. I started to notice that the tables are often messy and dirty/sticky - even if freshly cleaned/wiped, sadly I could say the same about the toilet.

   Nice relaxed atmosphere. A perfect place for a coffee and a dessert after a walk in Esher. Plant powered breakfast sounds good. I love the pictures from the 60s. The furniture has seen better days.
