   What a lovely day today. It doesn't take a lot to make a person feel special and that is exactly what Dayana and Racquel did for my colleague and myself. We just wanted to have something sweet (can't recommend their carrot cake enough (and it's vegan and cruelty free!!!)) and get the discount as Heathrow staff, working hard on Christmas day. The ladies were so kind and welcoming and we felt seen and appreciated. Thank you ever so much, hope your good deed gets back to you multiplied. This is the Christmas spirit!!!    I really loved their services. I have been to their multiple outlets but this one is the best. The servers Dayana, Shara Kinga, all were super friendly and helpful. They told the best things available and didn't mind me asking questions. Everything going through here should try something here.

   Another cold day and wanted a hot drink and lucky for me in heathrow central bus station there was this coffee shop. You can eat in or take away. They do speciality coffees and hot snacks etc. Easy to order via touch pad but sadly NO CASH accepted. I am not an expert but the coffee was delicious. Will try them again maybe the Vietnamese coffee.

   Wonderful customer service, Archana was really helpful! Coffee is delicious, and they also offer filter coffee which I didn’t know about until after I ordered. When you buy bags of beans they offer you a free cup! Take advantage of that! Overall, wonderful experience for a cup of morning elixir. This particular branch is cashless :)
