   Busiest time of day and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Had the Gingerbread Latte with a Salted Caramel Brownie while my friend had a Terry Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate and a slice of their Chocolate & Caramel Nutcracker Cake. The drinks were absolutely delicious and the treats were tasty. Given the opportunity, I will definitely return.

   Coffee and restaurant is good but if you want to enjoy your coffee and read a book go elsewhere! Only allow free parking for 30 minutes, after which you are charged … it used to be free parking for 2 hours! Frustrating experience

   The food is oke but expencive, I got a bit of a rushed feeling. I had the tosti, carrot cake and the cold drink with the chocolate. You get the option to eat there or take it away, for eating there is not much space because it is the lobby of the hotel. Specialy around 3pm there is not much sitting room because of all the people waiting to check in. When in need of a lunch when you are at the hotel it is fine. These 3 items were around 12 pounds

   Badly treated by staff named Biju G. Not even a smile coming from staff named Biju & Kungku. Very unfriendly surroundings. Costa is too calculating towards customers, they will extra charge you for eating a sandwich even without using any of their plate or cutlery. Broad daylight robbery.

   Excellent coffee, just as good as any other Costa. It's open 24/7 and it's great to have a proper coffee shop in the Premier Inn.

   excellent service. i was worried due to previous reviews from here but i found them unfounded. my sandwich was warm on plate and my drink was made right and got l stayed hot while i read my book while waiting out some rain. the staff was friendly and i am sure anyone who stops by will have a similar experience

   Standard Costa Coffee. Let down by the lack of being able to sit down and enjoy it. Huge signs on the A4 advertising. However, parking is charged at£2 for over 30 mins. So basically take away or a very expensive coffee
