   I recently visited this Costa location for the first time and had a positive experience. The store had an okay atmosphere and was tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. There was also a good range of food and drink options available. I particularly enjoyed the various iced drinks, and I appreciated that I could choose soya milk at no extra charge.

   If I have read the name correctly- Citha!!! Please coach her before it’s too late for Costa!!! I recently visited Costa Coffee and was shocked by the rude customer service I received. From the moment I approached the counter, the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. The barista barely acknowledged me. When I placed my order, the staff member acted impatient, rushing me and showing clear frustration. There was no sense of professionalism or courtesy, just an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. This experience left a bad taste, not just from the poor service, but from the lack of basic respect. It’s disappointing to see this kind of treatment at Costa, a place I’ve always associated with friendly service. Unfortunately, this encounter has really made me reconsider visiting again. On top of it - she has behaved with a senior citizen couple so poorly. Awful!!!

   Disinterested staff and impolite to a tee!! It appears like the staff here are doing us a favour by serving us the sloppy coffee. Costa has been my favourite barista since I had one at Heathrow airport but these two are making me rethink!

   The staff is not trained on TGTG. I had to tell them how it worked before. This time the employee told me he has nothing to give as there was nothing left today. The shelves was full of items and it took me 10 minutes to get him to cancel the order on his end after refusing to fulfil it as he was saying I need to cancel it (which I could not). Wholly incompetent staff. Customer service is not even a second thought here. They should not be on TGTG if they treat customers like that!
