20:10 must the dining floor is closed as well as the toilet, It’s not welcoming at all, I do not understand why they close the floor to prevent, which customers from entering it. All because the staff want to clean during their shift, so once 21:30 comes, then they can close and go home. ITS FUNNY, STARBUCKS MUST HAVE A WORD WITH THEM
i visited today around 2:00pm and i clearly ordered her 2 iced matcha latte with oat milk as i repeated again for oat milk .Then i go foreword for pay she just said price for one but told her again for two matcha she is going crazy and rude with me and told to me my voice in not clear and make weird faces and i called her several time after that she totally ignoring me. It was worst experience of my life as a customer’s point of view. I didn’t hesitate to leave the location left it within seconds. I suggest to the manager or who control to this starbucks owner to take surveys about their staff as customer thanks
A lovely end to our London trip! We were served by a very friendly Polish girl named Marzena at this Starbucks. Great service and atmosphere — highly recommend.
One of the worst Starbucks experience. Staff was impolite and was reluctant to provide a personalised service. I like my coffee frappe without whip cream but with a sippy lid. For some reason asking for a sippy lid he couldn’t do! (FYI other Starbucks have honoured my request) After asking several times he said he had to give it in a dome lid but give the sippy lid extra! Honestly if you have tried caramel coffee frappe without whip in a sippy cup you are missing out. Btw you need to wait a bit for the ice to melt but it’s worth it!
Friendly staff and quick service but eating areas rarely cleaned and floor in need of a wash! No price on display for the espresso which seems to have gone up in price twice so far this year!
Just stopped for a coffee today and asked for a large caramel machiato and been surprised to find out after I left that my coffee was half way full ... so so disappointed...
Never had such low level service. Was served by a boy called Abdi asked him to make me a fresh drink.He refused to and it is fine the way it is.When I asked for a refund he refused because apparently he didn't no how to process a refund. I explained to him this is not on.His answer was "Make a complaint I dont care ". I have been Starbucka customer 15 years go to all different branches in the UK .I have never experienced such bad customer service from staff. What a waste of time and money. I end up throwing the drink outside in the bin because it was not made properly too and also the cup quainty was not what it normally is.
staff were shouting across the store for no good reason. The approach to customers wasnt very friendly and the coffee i ordered wasnt very nice. I did say something but the colleague just shruged her shoulders. Shame as most other Starbucks are the opposite.
This place is utterly filthy. They are not bothered to clean the tables after previous customers, or to even sweep the floor. The food is frozen and then heated up and sold for unreasonably high prices. The drinks are nothing special, you could easily make them at home for cheaper for only a fraction of their pricing. You cannot relax or enjoy your drink and food without being disgusted by dirty tables and floors. The staff are not bothered to clean anything up. The bathrooms are dirty and unclean, as well as bad smelling. I wouldn’t recommend going here and wasting your hard earned money. Im never coming here ever again. Period.
