   I must add a review of Costa Coffee at the Ruislip High Street. Being a regular customer of Costa, in other parts of London, I was quite pleasantly surprised at this particular Costa cafe. The staff are so polite and the coffee and food are excellent. Most of all, the toilets are so clean and the seating area too. Having spent most of the day at this cafe, I could see a staff member cleaning the toilet every couple of hours. Having visited other Costa branches, this is a massive PLUS and other Costa cafes especially the one at South Harrow, where the toilets are disgusting. Smelly, and so dirty. I never go in there. So huge compliments are to be given to the staff at Costa in Ruislip. Well done! You are giving an excellent branding to Costa.

   When I was made redundant a year ago I loaded a Costa gift card with £130. One would have thought that the act of loading it would prevent it from expiring, even if I didn't use it, as it's the case with most other retailers. I checked the balance regularly, which on most cards is enough to keep it active, but it expired anyway. Other cards give 2 years before expiry, too. This one is 12 months. Though I understand their T&C's, and that it was me that made a mistake, I would have expected their customer service team to show a bit of empathy and willingness to keep a customer happy, yet they chose to stick to their T&Cs and confirm the legalised theft of £126, a significant sum, rather than reactivating the card. We are always reminded to treat gift cards as cash and ensure we don't lose them, but somehow legislation allows companies to put a short expiry date on said "cash", which does not happen with real cash. The actual shop, products and staff were good, but I won't go back to a place that is happy to (legally) steal from their customers.

   First time experience I went in and had one of my favourite hazelnut latte. This particular Costa is amazing because they got the perfect shot and the milk was smooth and creamy with the perfect latte art. The staff are super friendly and always make us customers come first. The store is very clean and toilets too. Thanks to the manager Deepak and all other staff that make customers first and makes Costa clean

   Being a resident in the local area the alarm goes off nearly every night. It’s a real nuisance, being such a well established company you would think the alarm would be set correctly as I’ve seen drivers coming in to drop off delivery’s and can never set the alarm correctly. You should hold lessons on how to set an alarm.

   This place has really gone down hill, used to love it here, customer service is severely lacking, quality of drinks has reduced and no customer familiarity, the 'COVID' screens (which are completely pointless) make for a very uninviting atmosphere and make it a nightmare to get your tray. I'd recommend going to Caffè Nero instead.

   Friendly staff, nice coffee, outside area, clean. The only negative thing: fridges and cake display were rather empty than full as we were used to see in Costa. Noticed that in all costa's I have been that displays are lacking abundance and this doesn't make your customers come back.
