There is a woman working here, she was on shift on 15/11/2025 at 11.45am. She is the rudest, most horrible person I have ever met before. I don’t ever usually make bad reviews but she treated me and every customer around me as if we were subhuman. No smile, angry, snappy, snatches peoples cards and money. How is this woman employed she is an embarrassment to your shop

I just wanted to take a moment to share some truly positive feedback about the Costa Coffee branch in Ruislip Manor, High Street. Having lived in Ruislip Manor for over 14 years, I’ve visited many Costa Coffee locations across London and the UK. I can confidently say that the team at this branch stands out above the rest. The staff—Ezmi , Hassan, Dishan, Miles, and Summer—have all served me on various occasions, and their service has consistently been outstanding. This location has a real community feel, with many regulars, and the team handles the busy environment with professionalism, calmness, and patience. They go above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcomed and looked after. Their dedication, friendly approach, and ability to maintain a high standard under pressure deserve recognition. Not only is the service impeccable, but the food and drinks are always top quality. The consistency in both service and product quality makes this branch an example for others to follow. To Ezme , Hassan, Dishan, Miles, and Summer—thank you for your hard work, your passion, and the positive energy you bring to every shift. You’re a real asset to Costa Coffee, and I truly appreciate everything you do. Keep up the fantastic work! Wishing you all a great summer. Looking forward to many more visits! Take care, stay safe, and God bless. Warm regards, Zia Uddin Hoque (A regular and very grateful customer)

Costa is fine if you’re just after a basic coffee and don’t want any surprises. The drinks are pretty standard — not bad, but nothing that really stands out either. I usually go for a flat white or cappuccino, and it’s hit or miss depending on who’s making it. The food is where things could definitely improve. Most of the pastries and sandwiches are pre-packaged or microwaved — not exactly fresh. It does the job if you’re hungry, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. That said, the seating is usually comfortable, and it’s an easy spot to sit down and get a bit of work done or meet a friend. Just don’t expect anything beyond average.

This is definitely the best Costa Coffee Shop I've ever been to the staff the cleanliness the quality of coffee turns into an entire experience each each day. Particularly Ami, Summer and Miles remember our names, our coffees and they contribute to making my day start off really well.

Croissant was very dry. But the christmas drinks were great, particularly the black forest hot chocolate

Grabbed a quick latte while getting back to work. Staff worked fast and I was served quickly. Very friendly staff. Love the range of cakes they have. All look very yummy. Latte tasted lovely. The taste I’m used to with costa. Store was clean and tidy. Seating area was not too busy. Next place to have a coffee date with friends.
