Not a regular costa customer but the coffee doesn't taste good, the cafe is dirty you wouldn't want to sit in the chairs. It could be a great place for mums and their toddlers to socialise but not for those who are looking for a quiet time to wind down because it's too noisy (not the cafe owners' fault though). The staff haven't been bad so far. They're friendly.

Recently, I tried their new Mint Hot Chocolate, and it was absolutely delicious! As a customer, I appreciate that they served it at a perfect temperature that I could easily enjoy. Recently I visited costa rayners lane with my parents and kids. While i was ordering i was confused about the coffee between latte and flatwhite for myself. The boy on till suggested me to go with flatwhite. He was very attentive with customers and clearly you can say a experienced barista the way he was talking and i wanted something for my mother non caffeinated. He suggested me chai latte with oat milk and cinnamon syrup which was incredible in taste and my mother liked it so much. Definitely a place to visit with family.
Always lovely atmosphere at this Costa branch. Staff are welcoming, especially Priyanka Patel and Stefika who are polite and give service with a smile :)
Love Costa coffee. The taste is the same from branch to branch. Located near Rayners Lane station so perfect for meeting with friends. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Hot and cold food/drinks and snacks. Friendly staff and quick service.
Giving 4 stars, service could be better, staff can try to be more friendly. Off street parking available, outdoor seating, good location..

I am coming to this coffee shop occasionally when I meet my friends, staff polite, friendly, helpful and welcoming, never mind which members of the team are working. How could you not love this coffee place?! I've been coming to Costa every morning for my 2 week stay in London. A coffee is a coffee, BUT it's more than coffee here - the beautiful staff (see photo!) are so professional, efficient and friendly, not only welcoming me every morning with a personal greeting but know my regular order and have it ready and waiting for me! What more could you ask for? - these workers are hard working in a non-stressy way, which makes me and other customers feel very good here. I would recommend this coffee shop for the community vibes that are created by the staff.
