I had lunch at Chai Biscuit Restaurant on Ruislip High Street and was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered chicken fried rice, but it took a long time to arrive. When it finally came, they had used biryani rice to make it β it had no proper fried rice taste at all and was not edible. To make things worse, the prices on the menu and the bill were different. After I questioned it, they gave me another bill that even included an egg omelette I never ordered. This is completely unacceptable. Very poor food quality and dishonest billing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I tried the biryani at Chai Bisket and it was amazing β the taste was really good and the flavors were perfect and also I tried karak chai it tasted good. The price is reasonable, and the food presentation was also impressive. There was no waiting time Overall, a great experience β Iβll definitely visit again !!

Visited Chai Biskit in Ruislip with a friend and had such a lovely experience! There's plenty of paid parking right outside on the main road, which made things super convenient. As soon as we walked in, the place felt warm and welcoming with a relaxed, cozy ambiance. We were able to choose our own seats and browse the menu at our own paceβperfect for catching up while deciding what to order. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, which we really appreciated. We ordered the Chai Latte and Karan Chaiβwow, both were absolutely packed with flavour and served piping hot, just the way we like it. They even kindly reheated my friendβs chai since we were too busy chatting to drink it right away! For brunch, we shared the Papri Chaatβa refreshing, light snack with generous portions that hit the spot. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service, delicious food, and a relaxed vibe. Will definitely be revisiting soon. Thank you, Chai Biskit!

Stopped by while on a stroll, clean and inviting space with comfy seating. Mutton Biryani is deliciously complex, each spoonful packed with flavor. Perfect with milk tea. Taste like rose petals, so fragrant! Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala for takeaway. Service is quick and friendly. Will come back for more!

We really liked the simplicity of the place - itβs part of the charm. The chicken tikka wrap was lovely and well-flavoured. However, the masala fries were a letdown. They should have been crispy but were instead soggy, which was disappointing and surprising given that we were dining in. I mention this as you would half expect fries to go soggy if it was a take away. The rose falooda was frankly dreadful - overwhelmingly sickly sweet to the point where the two of us couldnβt manage more than half. More importantly, it lacked key components: no sabja seeds (sweet basil), no falooda sev, and no scoop of ice cream, literally just rose syrup and milk. What we received looked more like Gaviscon than a traditional falooda. It either needs to be seriously reworked or taken off the menu entirely. I would come back, but sadly not for the faloodaβs or chips/fries, hence the 3 stars.

Myself and my mum was visited Jenny's for the first time yesterday afternoon around 3pm it was great in here I had the King double cheese burger and chips and my mum had the jacket potato with cheese and beans I thought the chips were just a tiny bit greasy the oil could have been drained off a few seconds longer and the cheese burger was great apart from that the meal was great my mum said the jacket potato with cheese and beans was very tasty and the potato was very fluffy

Went there twice for breakfast and both times they were great. The food is always hot, quick and of very good quality. The place itself is super clean. Highly recommended

I have eaten here a number of times since it opened, and have to say I have not been disappointed in any way. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the food is always excellent, not only in taste but also in presentation. All in a very well deserved five stars.
