   The service was poor because of one blond girl who came across as rude, uninterested and unwelcoming. Simple questions were met with attitude, which made my experience really uncomfortable. I didn’t get her name but she was working on the 30th of December and had a ponytail at 11:10am. I hope this can be addressed as it’s not the kind of attitude you expect as a costumer.

   Forget the straws EVERY time I do an uber eats order even when I put in the notes to please remember. Can’t tell if it’s pure stupidity and incompetence or just for the thrill to be annoying.

   I recently visited this Costa Coffee branch and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a drink. Unfortunately, the service did not match the environment. Despite having no queue, I still experienced an unexpectedly long wait, and the staff didn’t appear particularly welcoming or attentive. What concerned me most was the situation with the toilet. I was told the toilet was shut because it is under maintenance. However, I saw a staff member using it shortly afterward, which made the explanation feel inconsistent. With 30 minutes still left before closing, it seemed more like an inconvenience for the staff than an actual issue with the toilet. As a customer in genuine need, being refused felt quite dismissive.

   Slowest and most understaffed Costa I have come across. Also the way the staff take the order is almost as if to throw throw the customers and confuse. Making the customer feel uncomfortable Not a nice experience Management to blame

   I wanted to praise a particular staff member named Eliza! Such a friendly lady and was working super hard making everyone’s drinks during a busy period in the shop while there was only her and a trainee. Had a very tasty cappuccino! :)

   I have been there 3 times in the last week and every time the tables have not been cleaned. But your not supposed to sit down at a table with cups on because of previous customers. In the end I cleared the table. The only way I could sit down.
