Josie is AMAZING! I’ve had 3 houses fall through and they have been amazing supportive and actually have empathy and emotion. If you yourself work fast and don’t delay between things asked they work fast too! All the team are great everyone on reception and all the legal team sound good for other issues! We used Aspinall Wright for the purchase of our new home and found them very difficult to deal with throughout. We had to constantly chase for updates and were faced with a catalogue of issues, unnecessary delays and stress from start to finish. We did log a complaint with one of their senior solicitors but are yet to receive a response or acknowledgement. If I could rate them zero stars then I probably would do.
