   I called them twice. On both occasions, staff members—a female the first time and a male the second—told me to email if I needed anything. During the second call, the male staff member interrupted me before I could even explain my request, and said he would transfer the call. The phone rang, but no one answered. I tried calling a third time, but no one picked up. It felt like they recognized the number and deliberately ignored the call. This kind of behavior is extremely disappointing. There was no professionalism or basic courtesy shown. Their staff clearly need training on how to communicate respectfully and handle customer inquiries properly.

   They booked me only once on 14/06 and asked me to send invoice which I did but still no payment. Tried to contact them on whatsapp because they were messaging me a lot in there when they booked me but no answer even if message was seen. I found their phone number and the operator told me their CEO is abroad and that is why I wasn’t paid as if this is an excuse. Apparently I should wait till next Friday to see if they pay at all after 2 months. Not a great company to work if you have to chase your payments

   It's a terribly pushy agency for an interpreter. Rude and unprofessional and they tried to force me to work with their low rate. I blocked their number and email address.
