I contacted Cheadle Soilicitors in April 2023 to help me with a redundancy settlement and I spoke to Nauman who dealt with the me in a friendly and professional manner, he was very kind and sympathetic and responded to all my needs very quickly and precisely. He managed to have a clause removed from the settlement which enabled me to pursue a Personal Injury Claim and I was introduced to Neelam. Neelam was so sympathetic, attentive, an empathic listener and again she worked tirelessly to fight for me, she responded quickly to any questions I had and arranged several medical assessments and barrister meetings. My barrister Aidan was so sympathetic to my cause, always took the time to listen to what I had to say and made me feel as though I was important and not just wasting his time. They have all helped me so much over the last couple of horrible years and I can't thank them enough. Very professional and prompt solicitors. My husband needed a redundancy contract signing, we originally went to a larger firm who didn't answer our calls or respond to emails and didn't complete the work. We had a deadline that had we stayed with the original firm, wouldve been missed. We approached Cheadle Solictors at 1pm and had everything reviewed, signed and back to us by 3:20pm the same day. I needed some urgent legal advice regarding a money transfer and rang another solicitors to book an appointment. I rang them for 4 days and waited for them to ring me but i eventually gave up. I rang Cheadle Solicitors and an appointment with Neelam was made for the next day. Neelam went through the paperwork with me informing that I actually needed a passport photograph which I didn't have so I nipped out to get one, meaning Neelam would have to change her plans she had made for outside of work.They was also moving premises onto Cheadle High Street but still found the time for my appointment . Neelam was friendly, knowledgeable and I felt she cared about what I was going through rather than it being another case/job. I will be using Cheadle Solicitors in the future when I come to purchase my new house.
