Okay it's run by volunteers however they don't need to be so blunt, the service here is shocking. It's rapid and you get what you want for only a slightly inflated price but the two they had on today were a joke. "Service with a smile" is clearly not a mantra told to the staff, regardless if you are volunteers or not, you need to make people want to come back. While we will certainly be visiting the railway again, we will certainly not be going to the tearoom again!
Friendly little cafe with low prices run by volunteers. They even have miniature train running on tracks on the top shelve.
