Blonde woman was extremely rude after I misinterpreted her question and showed me a lot of attitude. I would have walked out after the attitude I received as I genuinely could not believe it. Very disappointed in the service, I won’t be going back.
Come to this Costa all the time and I have never been so disappointed. The only time I ever look forward to my experience there is when Mina is serving me. The way she handles customers is perfection, compared to what the other members of staff are like. She is occasionally left to do all the work by herself, while other staff members are still there. However, she manages to do it all successfully and I can tell why many customers love her. Definitely deserves recognition for her hard work, her colleagues could learn from her!! Keep it up Mina!!!
I go to Costa Northwood Hills every day for coffee and work, and it’s always the perfect place to stop by. The team’s warm welcome and great hospitality make me feel comfortable spending the whole day there. A special thank you to Khrystyna, Nikita, Mina and Jessa for always making my visits enjoyable!
Ongoing frustration with Click & Collect at Costa Northwood Hills I use the Costa Click & Collect app often, but the Northwood Hills branch seems completely out of sync with it. Items marked as available are often out of stock, while unavailable ones are sitting right there on the shelves. It’s a recurring issue that defeats the whole purpose of Click & Collect — instead of convenience, you get confusion and wasted time. And if they don’t have what you ordered, the store won’t refund you. You have to go through Costa Customer Service, which is slow and needlessly time-consuming. It’s ridiculous that a national chain still can’t get app-to-store communication right. Please fix it — customers shouldn’t have to chase refunds for orders that never existed.
Very attentive staff, 50% off Blueberry muffins, but fresher than they usually are, maybe it was on the floor!
Good coffee shop easy free off street parking. Ordered via app to collect at counter so no review of service . Would come back

First time in this branch. Has the lovely smell of coffee beans. Interior design is really nice. Standard costa taste. Baked goods are delicious. Love the babycino. Staff are friendly and service is quick. Toilet was clean when I went and had tissue paper. Popped in for a quick drink with a friend and we enjoyed our experience here. You don’t feel rushed to drink and leave. There were a few people working on laptops and a few other just chilling with a drink. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Seating inside and outside. This Costa has a nice atmosphere to it.
This is the BEST COSTA Coffee that I have ever been too the staff are amazing making timely orders and are Polite and caring they are the perfect example of customer service 10/10 would recommend to visit
