Great coffee, clean cafe and super nice staff. Outstanding standard in comparison to other Costa coffee shops. Looks like I am going to be a regular here.
The best thing to happen to Greenford Broadway in my humble opinion. The staff are top tier, the service is amazing, the coffee tastes amazing compared to other brands out there. It is kind of mad that in other coffee shops you can ask for water and they try to sell it to you where here water is given to you with or without ice for free, which is what water should be, common sense really. The place is kept well and clean at all times. I cant complain, this is my third place and its always a vibe to be there.
Came in today for a coffee(flat white with oat milk) Staff were busy on their phones rather than being attentive to customers orders. I had asked for a flat white with oat milk as I had mentioned 4 times to the lady making my drink as well as to the lady taking my order , she simply ignored my request I had made due to an allergy I have because she was busy on her phone. Greenford Broadway has severely gone downhill since the team have changed .
I arrived to this Costa cafe at 7am but it open at 7:30 and I decided to wait and then sat in the chaos outside and it was convenient because the marquees where open and it was raining, I assumed they open it because they had already the tables and chairs set in the street and that would kept that dry and clean. When the ladies noticed I was sitting at the chair they kindly retracted the marquees. It wasn’t important for them to allow the tables to get wet as long as i don’t benefit from the shelter. Nice human being gesture
The manager is in a very bad mood because apparently there is a new worker and the way in which she teaches her is very unpleasant, the way in which she addresses her colleague is very rude and it has made me feel a very uncomfortable situation as a client. This happened on 02/12/2023 at 9:30. I think that the one in charge of teaching a new employee should be kind and delicate and not the so abrupt way that I have witnessed.
I wanted my tea to be strong, every time I go to Costa the cost of an extra tea bag is free. Out of nowhere they tried to charge me the price of my drink for a tea bag which is £2.40. If you are going to charge for a tea bag it should be maximum 50p not £2.40. This is poor customer service and should be fixed as soon as possible.
Relatively quick service. Easy to pop in and out for a coffee. Not the kind of place I would sit in though. It just feels dark and not so welcoming.
Filthy, slow and staff don't know how to make coffee. Filthy dirty: judge for yourself from the photos Slow: it took 8 minutes for my coffee to be made. Disgusting both in terms of presentation and taste Staff: unfriendly, almost close to the point of being rude. And there are only two of them. The barrista told me that the chocolate sieve was broken. Well get a new one then! There are not enough mains points and tables are small or round so not ideal for working.
