   At last a bad one, broken tap in toilet continuously running water, flush buttons taped over and hand dryer busted, staff informed but management not bothered. The money this company make! apart from that all good.

   The female barista behind the till was so patient with me, when i was taking my time to choose my drink and waiting to log into my costa app. She was very smily, making the customer feel very welcome. This has made my experience in this particular costa lovely! Thank you

   The worst cafe I have ever visited. I entered this branch of costa at 5:20pm While I asked for my coffee they start moving tables and putting chairs on each others and mopping the floor using smelly cleaning stuff, I asked the waiter are you closing? She said we close 6:30pm, I said: we still have an hour to enjoy the coffee, why you dragging the tables and making lots of noise, and the floor smell bad now , she said we have to start now. They spoil my time to enjoy sitting nicely , cleaning should be done after they close. I don't recommend it at all

   Only had a cappuccino and a cup of tea. Sat in. Service was good/fast. Coffee was good. Reasonable amount of seating. Bit slow to clean up tables, but cleanliness of cafe was ok in general. Cakes looked very nice, but we resisted the temptation. Plenty of parking in the shopping car park.

   Visit this place a few times a month and the service is always impeccable!! Quick service and the staff always pay attention to specific requests for orders and plenty of seating inside and outside with clean tables! Toilet facilities are also in good shape and plenty of parking limited to 4hrs. Only downside is that there are limited PowerPoints for plugs if you might be in need of power for mobile phone or laptop.
