   Anna Jordan acted for me during a house purchase 2 years ago. Her quick and efficient work and responses enabled a swift completion (offer to completion in 2 months with no chain). The receptionists can be less helpful - sometimes slow to respond or require prompting to respond. I recommend going into the office if needing to speak with them. However, I couldn't have asked anything more from Anna. I recently requested the land registry documents and Anna sent them over within 10 minutes of me sending the email request. Fair price paid. Would definitely recommend Anna.

   Bennett’s were excellent and I couldn’t recommend them more, right up until Jane Ambler spoke to me like no other human has spoken to me over the phone before. All over a document that was sent to me on May 16th which I was asked to fill and return to them. 2 weeks later I call up for a separate issue and all hell ensued with Jane going absolutely ballistic about this document. Bennett’s was recommended to us by a dear friend for their excellent service and I would completely agree right up until the customer service went so far out the window because they couldn’t close the case as I hadn’t returned this document after 2 weeks. All in all after this experience I would not recommend. Such a shame.
