I would highly recommend this garage. Always have time for returning customers. Since I moved to Hindley I have always used this garage and they never say no even at short notice. Great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Bad experience with customer service - Last years service included turbo pipe repair - the next day had to call out breakdown service as the car broke down due to the turbo pipe not being connected properly. This year's service - apologised on pick up for smell of fuel due to a reconnection issue but the smell will dissapate in a few days. Next day had to call out breakdown service AGAIN due to the car leaking significant amount of diesel . Guess what fuel pipe not connected correctly. Once can be quantified as a mistake. Twice is careless. Even Green Flag recommended we do not return to this garage! Customer safety?
Excellent service, staff are very polite and knowledgeable ,clean working environment, contact made before any extra work required,very reasonably priced. Have been taking my vehicle's to ML Auto's for over 5 years now and have had no issues with any of the work carried out, in my opinion the Owner and staff go above and beyond to ensure that you have very good experience
Always been fairly happy with their services but today I'm not happy as I know they broke my cursor button on my radio, I noticed it as I drove home, I called to complain but ml autos denied doing it and even made a point of saying why would they lie if they broke it they'd tell me? Well I am certainly not lying I know someone in the garage did this as my time and date were not set on my radio but when I collected my car it was set which was nice but obviously who ever did it broke the exact button needed to set my time and date!! They helped me search for it in my car I had found the spring for the button but no button to be found i was basically told there was nothing they could do about this and sent home feeling frustrated, I searched google to find this part only to realise it was £75 to £185 to replace! No wonder they denied it, I have 3 cars i used ml autos for regular services and mots and would of bought the 6 tyres needed for my 3 cars mot advisories but now and after this i won't be using them again and will tell all my friends and family to go elsewhere!!

Can't fault Craig and his team. I'd forgotten about my MOT but Craig was able to book the car in with him at short notice. Turnaround was quick and efficient too.

Great garage! Been using them regularly for 5 years now. Always a helpful and friendly service. Always give good advice and helpful and honest when insurance claim queries left me a bit puzzled. Recently had brilliant service, and Craig couldn't have been more helpful with the replacement car he provided whilst ours was being worked on. Highly recommend, great garage!
