   Extremely Disappointed and Ultimately Let Down: I feel I must leave this review to detail my very disappointing experience with CPS Autos, which I had hoped would resolve issues with my car. Despite three separate visits, the initial problem was not fully resolved. On each occasion, I was assured the work was complete, only to find the fault persisting. Furthermore, the workshop was consistently behind schedule, leading to significant delays and inconvenience. Most concerning of all, during the time my car was in their care, I was issued a parking fine, which I can only assume was due to it being incorrectly parked. I am now left to resolve this matter myself. The overall service was disorganised and well below the standard one would expect. I cannot recommend this garage and would strongly advise others to seek a second opinion for any complex work.

   Can't thank Craig at CPS enough! My local garage couldn't fix the fault so recommended CPS to me , dropped it off at lunch time Wednesday and picked it up lunch time Thursday! All done! Anyone with EGR valve or DPF issues or anything else come see Craig.. top service.

   My van had an engine fault. I took it to this garage on the back of advice from an RAC recovery driver. The service was prompt, the price was fair and most importantly they fixed my van the same day which was a great relief. Thank you and will use CPS Auto’s again in the future.

   Took VW Polo in as exhaust was blowing badly (sounded like a tractor!) and Craig fitted new back box within 2 days. Very reasonably priced and they’ve done a great job with the service to match. Car is mega! Will definitely use them for everything now I’ve moved over here :D
