Amazing service on the yearly service. Sid and his team outstanding as always. From communication, care and attention to detail. A fault that marshall BMW had asked for £199 fee just to diagnose - was cleared by the mechanics during routine service. Defo recommend....
I've been using the Wigan Service Centre for around 7 or 8 years now across 2 cars. Originally I gave them a try because I was short on time and the idea of NOT having to drop your car off at 8 or 9am and collect it when they call you seemed fantastic!!! Just turn up, have a coffee, and drive away half an hour later? Outstanding. Since then I have used them for every MOT and Service on my car (Even with a service you're away in around 2 hours). I've always found them to be friendly, efficient, and they give solid advice - when something needs doing, you'll know it (and they will usually do it on the day), and when they spot an issue that needs watching, they will let you know that you will want to keep an eye on it without the hard sell that is so common when you get that 2pm "we've spotted something and if you agree to it right now we will fix it today" call from most other places. I feel compelled to write this review today because I went for my annual service/mot combo and had amazing service, both from Roekh, who is the assistant manager from the Warrington branch (on customer wrangling duties at Wigan for the day), and Kielan, an absolute legend of a tech who diagnosed and solved an issue entirely of my own making within minutes, saving me serious coin. I'm certain if I had been elsewhere they could have billed an hour or 2 of labour for that work and I wouldn't have complained! Great lads, great service, and a decent cup of coffee to boot!
Kieran and Josh were fantastic today. They fit me in as soon as I could get there, checked my breaks immediately and located the issue within minutes. They’ve ordered what I need and I will be back for them to sort it for me - free of charge as it’s such a quick job. Really appreciate their care and high level of customer service, thank you both! Absolutely brilliant.
Have used earlier this year for MOT and received convenient service. Our local garage said they’d have our car for a week to do both wheel bearings, exhaust & 4 new tyres and alignment. Rang in and out who booked it in for the following week and had it done in less than 4 hours! Slightly more expensive but definitely worth the extra for zero hassle & great service.
I bought a BMW X2 recently and had a sensor light for the tyre pressure constantly on the dashboard. I had checked the tyre pressures which were fine so booked in with “In n Out” to take a look. The service was excellent starting from the phone call to book to the final result. They reset the onboard computer and sorted the issue in less than an hour! They were extremely friendly and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone especially as a business owner myself based in Wigan. Dr David Taylor
Had my MOT done here for the second year in a row. First time the experience was great this time a very different story. Felt like they were constantly on the hard sell and were trying to force me in to agreeing to work which wasn’t strictly necessary. Will never use again.
Great advice and decent price for the check for what needed repairs. 20 quid but 450 quid for fuel injectors is too much. Went elsewhere for half that price
Do not use this place, especially if you are a woman. You will just be taken advantage of and made to pay for all these imaginary repairs/extras costing thousands just to pass your MOT. The money you have stolen from me may pay for few more fake reviews but when it’s widely known the level of disservice you provide your luck will run out and you’ll have no business/jobs left. Read the other negative reviews, my experience was exactly the same. When I sat there waiting everyone was being charged for break pads and discs, including me, must have been a breaks day. Trading standards should really take a look at this place. Avoid!
I was charged £491 for a starter motor for a Kia Soul. In not an expert, so hopefully I haven't been charged too much. The RAC guy said it should be around £200. This is an RAC approved garage I was hoping that it will make a difference. Other than that, they fixed the car the next day so happy with that.
Took my car here today for an MOT as soon as you go in your told they recommend some kind of fuel clean an extra £20 they way its put to you your car may fail without it. My car failed the MOT on brakes so I said sort them. I get a call back to say they can't find my locking wheel nut and it will £60 for them to take them off. So I know how easy it is to take them off with out the nuts but i think because I'm a woman they thought I'd be totally nieve to the ease of getting them off and pay the £60. When refused to pay and and said I will go elsewhere he stuttered and quickly said we can do it for free. I just felt like like they were trying to take advantage and in the current climate trying to charge people for basically nothing because its no harder to get them off and most garages have the adjustable locking nuts, that will be the last time I go to in n out
