Bearing in mind I'm a time served hgv fitter, Took my BMW 420 to this garage with blocked washer jets, I already knew the problem. They told me I needed too replace both jets on the car to rectify the problem, When all was needed was to clean the washer filters on bottom of the water bottle. Avoid these NONE BMW specialist at all costs.
Rang them for a problem with my car and they told me i have to wait 2 weeks, however they are bmw specialist and they are not working with warranty company, when the big BMW dealer is working with warranty company, they where speaking with me in the way to rush me out... they don't need customers apparently. Very rude

At first, the owner was rude; he might be thinking I am asking favour and will not be paying. I don't know why his reply was in that tone; there was no other option to me, so I left the car with them. Otherwise, I would definitely go anywhere else who cares about customers.
