Food variety is always a plus, and the vibe can be hit or miss, depending on the crowd and their behaviour. The staff has been super patient, friendly, and quick to respond. Shoutout to Denisa, who went above and beyond to help my family. Feels really welcoming here — I love it.

Very disappointing that this costa is my local costa, the staff are very rude and unapproachable. There’s one lady that I haven’t caught her name but only know her face she says “good morning” here & there. The other staff just look you in the face ready for you to say your order. As baristas, there’s no professionalism. I find the tables and sugar area are not cleaned regularly as I’m always crossing tables with coffee stains and sugar all over the place. Foreigners constantly outside smoking, right by the door and staring you down in the shop like they own the place which is very uncomfortable as a man and my partner as a female when she goes in there. This has to be one of the worse costa I’ve been too and I’ve been to many. Extremely disappointing !

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. Maria at Costa Coffee was not very friendly, and the caramel latte I ordered did not taste like a proper Costa drink. I could hardly taste any caramel at all, which made the experience quite underwhelming. I usually enjoy Costa, but this visit was not up to standard.

A lovely spot for coffee! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the coffee is excellent, and the shop (including the toilet) is very clean. Great atmosphere all around – highly recommend.

Daniel and rodrica were amazingly friendly and had great service from the second we came into the costa. will come back because of their warmth

I love this costa. It’s never too busy but not too dead either. I had a tuna melt panini and cappuccino - both were great. Wouldn’t give it 5 stars just because the sofa was full of crumbs and the cafe was empty enough for the staff to notice and clean it. Overall a good experience though. Total came up to £8.35.

Extremely helpful staff with really good seating and extended opening times. Unlike other local Costas that I sometimes visit, they always seem to have a great choice of food options that are available and are well staffed with quick service. Great for a coffee, quick snack and chat with a friend!

A favourite local branch for coffee and sometimes treats and snacks! This time I popped in with my preschooler for a post vaccine treat. Great flat white & yummy banana and pecan loaf, my son also enjoyed his babyccino of course! Nice and relaxed here with plenty of space to sit down and friendly staff!
