   Called in to see if they could check my tyre pressures as the warning appeared intermittently, was met by a wonderful chap who checked all my tyres and restored the pressure. The light went out and he assured me that all would now be well. He refused to take any money from me as he noticed my husband lanyard for disability. I can’t praised this chap enough for his care and concern. Would definitely recommend this garage and any other work ever needed for my car this is where I will go.

   I needed a fresh MOT and a new set of tyres on my Ford Tourneo Connect! After passing Williams Garage often on my way to work I contacted them and asked if they could fit me in while having a week off work! From the start Williams Garage were very helpful on getting me booked in and finding an alternative tyre for my needs after my first choice was hard for them to source! I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and the car was ready for just after lunch! Would definitely recommend and use again,competitively priced for a small garage and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! Thank you

   From the first walk in a really personable service called by my first name which made me feel important as a customer and not just a number, great communication from text messages to the lead up of my appointment and instead of me chasing up which I have with other garages in the past I received several calls that day when my car was in with them for the MOT explaining in detail what had come up and what that meant being a female I have no idea when it comes to cars, the car is running like a dream and would 100% recommend and use this garage again from now on difficult to find a trust worthy garage but I finally have and will be telling everyone to use this garage too.

Thorough and detailed explanation of what was required and what other work will be required at some point in the future. Price break down for each element of work required.
