   This is now called the pantry....they have no vegan options folks. I never normally leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion warn the toilets look like they haven't been cleaned in a real long time! Horrible. Sorry!

   The Pantry (previously called the kind cafe) is lovely little hidden gem. There really is nothing else like it in Harrow. They sell fresh pastries (sweet and savory) and a range of healthy lunches and your usual hot drinks. The pastries are hand made by the chefs on site and are always delicious. I am veggie and they have a great vegetarian range. What's more, it is a not a for-profit cafe, associated with the community kitchen next door and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are friendly and the interior is cute and country style. I would highly recommend trying it out!

   This cafe is my absolute favourite in selsey (and beyond!). I love thé decor and the staff are super friendly! It’s all plant based which is great for me as someone who can’t have milk, but also worth a visit for vegans and non vegans alike as all the food abs coffee and shakes are delicious! My kids and husband also love the cake! You don’t need to be a member to go - just turn up when you like! I wish I could afford to go here every day! Free parking at the back too…
