The customer service is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee is nice and reasonably priced, which makes it a good place to stop for a quick drink. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness, as the café could be better maintained.
Very very very very very very very worst customer service I have ever faced in cafe. The girl I think didn’t got the training or pretending that she is only one who knows how to talk to customers. I have also worked in Starbucks in London’s busiest train stations. But this is very pathetic way of communicating or explaining to customers how to request. The store manager of that cafe can you please take out a spare hour and explain to that girl that a customer knows how to ask or request for a coffee. She was literally teaching me. Every barista should know and explain to customer whoever ask how hot or iced drink are made. And perhaps the team leader was also supporting her acting like he will explain to her. I am also not sure whether the store manager is having same attitude !!
My favourite coffee shop!! I come here every morning before work and everyone is so friendly and welcoming, cafe Nero Harrow has such a warm feeling to it!! The staff are amazing and the manager Ioana is beyond professional and helpful always! Can’t wait for my next latte :) xx
Absolutely Fabulous coffee, specially ginger bread latte.
Love this place. Loads of seating outside and inside. Loads of snacks, sandwiches and delicious sweet treats. Staff are friendly and the ambience is great. Love the soya hot chocolate or coconut hot chocolate!They have the best vegan cheesecake and vegan raspberry crossiant!

Had the after Luxury hot chocolate, absolutely loved it. There was just 1 lady serving and she was doing great job on her own. Definitely coming back for Luxury Mocha next time :)

I didn't feel welcome. Customer service wasn't great. Once again, Coffee Nero's standards on beverage production continue to change at every point of sale.
