   I brought my car in to see if he would repair some paint work a few weeks ago. He looked at it and offered to do it and gave me a quote, so I booked in a slot to bring my car in, which was today. When I arrived, he said he doesn't want to do it anymore due to a bad experience with a customer earlier. I received no phone call or anything and I booked the week off work especially to get the car repaired, but he didn't care. He has previously done a good job on my car, but I won't be bringing my car back here anymore and won't be recommending to anyone else. Luckily, I found a better garage not far from here that could fit me in at short notice and he agreed to repair it no problem.

   Had a bump on my bumper wich cracked my back light and over wheel , I have silver Citroen , Took it to frank he had a look at my car. , he said he could do it no problem , he located a rear light for me. And repaired the the damage to my car. , Absolutly perfect job , looks like new Very very pleased with the job. And great price , Frank is a lovely man , fantastic at his job , and like to crack the odd joke or two , Would defiantly recommend Big five star . Thanks Frank

   Frank carried out some repairs to my bumper five years ago when I lived locally and did an excellent job, so much so that when I needed some similar work doing recently I travelled from Leicestershire to visit him again. First class job from a really nice and enthusiastic man who aims to please his customers, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend him and would definitely use him again!

   I take pride in the appearance of my car so when I needed part of my bumper respraying due to a surface paint fault I decided to get the job done professionally rather than doing it myself. I know Frank has been doing paintwork for donkeys years and the reviews are, in the main, positive I didn’t think I had much to lose by seeing what he could offer. I nipped in to see him and he offered a next day slot due to a cancellation. We agreed a time and price and that was it. I dropped my car off at Frank’s starting time of 9:30 ready to get the work done. Frank called a couple of hours later to say he’d had to extend the area and that the cost would be 34% more. I agreed and the car was ready for collection at 5:00 pm. On initial viewing the are of work appeared fine and I drove home quite happy. However the next day I discovered that both rear quarter panels had been covered with overspray leaving a very rough surface on what had been pristine panels before the work was started. The area that had been done had a slight orange peel finish but was an improvement and probably better than I could do. When I took my car back Frank looked at the overspray area and offered to try to correct this. His attempt failed and his next solution was to bring the car back in at the next available date - over a month later, for a re spray over the panels - I assume FOC. As I said to Frank at the time I thought it needed less, not more, paint I took the car home, got out my clay bar and some detailer and 30 mins later I had removed all the contamination completely. This cost me just about £25 in material to rectify the fault caused during the respray work. YouTube pointed me in the right direction. In my opinion, judging by this experience, I cannot recommend Frank at all. I found his skills, knowledge and quality of work not up to my standards but I do have high standards.

   I needed some body work doing on my bumper on an imported Nissan Elgrand. Frank looked at the damage and gave me an estimate and a time to bring my vehicle in. I dropped the car off on Tuesday morning at 0930, by 1030 he had taken photos after he had removed filler etc from the previous repair. I rang and we discussed the repair and he suggested the best way of dealing with it, I agreed and he said that it would be ready on Wednesday which I thought was really quick. I collected the car and you could not tell where the damage had been. Frank is old school and his work ethic and skills are second to none, he won’t rip you off like some of the franchises that are available and he guarantees his work. I would certainly use Frank again if needed and would recommend him to anyone wanting bodywork repaired at a reasonable cost.

   Unbelievable at what he does. Not many more about like him the old school as they say. Repaired my front near side door after someone reversed into the side. Literally is as good as new and also had to line the door back in place and repainted looks like it did from the show room. Thanks frank 10/10

   I am currently restoring a old fiat punto mk1, Frank has been painting some bits and pieces for me. Have to say he is a really nice fella and knows his stuff just had front and back bumpers repainted excellent job and super cheap. Would highly recommend cheers again Frank

   Frank did a really good job of repairing my car after it was hit in an accident outside on my street. Great work and a lovely bloke. Wish I had rang him before my insurance company, he could have saved me money too! Highly recommended.
