Andy and the team are top quality and really nice people! I messed up a little and left by MOT booking very last minute, as in 1 day until expiry and the guys managed to get my car seen to with excellent care and consideration. I wouldn’t take my cars to anyone else even if I moved an hour away! Can’t recommend highly enough.
Phoned them on Friday 4/7/25 for a quote on my car for a clutch. Was told they would phone me back later that day. I waited till 4 pm and heard nothing so tried to call to find out they close @2pm I waited all day Monday for a call back and on Tuesday 8/7/25 I decided to call them back to try and get the promised quote from Friday. I was told they don't have the tools to do my clutch I then in a calm manner said to the receptionist woman it would of been nice for you to let me know this on the Friday or even Monday so I could try and get my car booked in somewhere else. She then became very aggressive towards me verbally. Unfortunately I can't put on here her exact words on here. But if there customer services is similar to how they fix their cars I would AVOID. One star is definitely too much I have enough issues trying to get my car sorted and to be verbally attacked because they can't do the job is nothing more than shocking.
Took my car in for MOT and service. It was all done quickly and to a really high standard, my car is back on the road and running better than ever. Thank you.
Booked in with AP receptionist to check on an oil leak. Shortly before due date a different receptionist decided to tell me that they don't do oil leaks as they were too much trouble. Went elsewhere to have it fixed. It transpired that the leak was from a previous job on my sump which had been done, none to well, by AP Auto's. Not surprising then that they weren't too keen to check it out!
Took my car for MOT about 3wks back; it wasn’t just the quality of service/engagement but the professionalism and advisory. The lady at the reception is super human and the charges are very reasonable. Awesome experience!!
