Really helped me out! I managed to book in a last-minute MOT, which failed on a washer pump needing replacement. They squeezed in repairing that and re-tested on the same day. Good communication and very helpful. I can see from other reviews that others have had issues, but my personal experience was first class!
Had my car booked in for MOT and service. Dropped car off in morning and had it back by lunch time. Been going here a few years and recommend to a few people as well! Great service as always
Booked in with a rude girl over the phone who barely listen to me. Booked in for repairs due to engine light being on, left it with them all day and had no communication from them. When I collected at 5pm, all they had done is read the fault codes (which I had already done at home) and printed them off to give to me and told me they didn’t have time to do anything else then gave me the keys. No suggestion of booking in for further diagnostics or repairs. No hint as to what the fault could be at all. When you’ve booked your car in to a garage for diagnostics/repairs and left it with them all day, you’d expect them to do more than a 5 minute fault code read…. What a waste of time. Stay clear!!
Got a car from them the talk the talk. Tow months in the turbo whent. Took I'm 3 weeks to get the job done. Then after an oil leak started. The had broken a pipe. When doing the turbo oil return pipe. Took 6 weeks had me running back and to. So I'd give I'm a miss

Hard workers and good at what they do. Not the most talkative bunch, but very friendly and kind to those of us who don't understand car!
