Phillippa has been helpful in supporting me throughout the journey of purchasing my new home. I did find it a bit cheeky when I was told that if I send mails and call too often, I will incur additional charges. I also did not like being charged extra when I had to reapply for a mortgage as a result of the builders delay, doesn’t seem fair that I had to pay for something caused by someone else.
I was a first time buyer with no idea how any of the legal processes worked and Phillippa talked me through everything, took care of everything so I didn't have to worry about anything! exchanging contracts went smoothly and the purchase went through with no problems. What a service I have received from Adam he has helped me twice now after being knocked off my Bike last year and this year. It’s never easy when yo in have been involved in an accident and you can see the damage that has happened to your Bike. However McHale and Co put your mind at ease by reassuring you that they will get you compensation you deserve.
