   Dreadful service & rude staff trying to kick us out of the seating area 90 minutes before closing when they had already closed the other half. The employee lied to another table saying she had told everyone the seating area was closed when they ordered (trying to solely blame her other colleague) & glared at me when I told them she hadn't told me If there was literally anywhere else I'd go there instead- the coffee was bad quality & wildly expensive even compared to independent shops, and the cake was stale- absolute joke and incredibly disappointing when no one is going into hospital for fun.

   The one star is for the nice staff who were a bit taken a back. Costa the only outlet available in a hospital where I am dealing with a difficult situation and needed sustenance. Charging more than most independent coffee shops for disgusting coffee and the cheapest most additive riddled plant based milk… I would obviously not choose this outlet and perpetuate their profit -without any consideration or effort to provide quality -unless I was in a hospital and had no other option

   The tables here are a mess, part of it always closed and ridiculous closing time; considering hospital visiting time is until 8pm. Unfortunately, I've been here a few weeks with a sick relative and fancy a cup of tea about 5pm; no hope of getting it at Costa. Very disappointing.

   Wasnt allowed to go, to coffee shop by the lady at the entrace who checks the masks. She said because I didnt had an appoitment at the hospital or visiting somebody I am not allowed in.Can you explain since when this change why cant get a coffe and why is not notice about this anywhere? Or this is just made up by her? I feel like I been discraminated!
