   I visited this café today and had a very disappointing experience. The coffee cup I was served had visible lipstick marks on it, which was extremely unhygienic. I also ordered Eggs Benedict and specifically asked for the sauce on the side, but it was served with an excessive amount of sauce on top. The plate had only a couple of tomatoes and a few lettuce leaves on the side, covered in oil, making it impossible to eat. I will include a photo in my review. Overall, it was the worst coffee I have ever had, and I will definitely not be returning to this café again.

   I ordered the scrambled egg breakfast with a hot Americano. There was an extra charge for the bread, which I found a bit surprising since it wasn’t shown on the menu. The scrambled eggs themselves didn’t look very appealing — they weren’t creamy or silky, and the texture felt rough. The dish came with baby tomatoes, mushrooms, half avocado, and spinach. The mushrooms were far too salty, and the spinach left a bitter aftertaste. The highlight was the avocado, which was fresh and delicious. On the positive side, the café has a pretty and relaxing environment, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a break.

   *Café Venezia in Hounslow is a gem!* Loved their fluffy omelette and toast — great texture and super tasty. The Eggs Benedict was top-notch, perfectly done with delicious hollandaise. The handmade coffee was a highlight, smooth and rich, plus the latte art made it even better ☕️. Service was warm with big smiles and great hospitality in a cozy, inviting space. Highly recommend for chill breakfasts!

   This place was recommended and even though its a 45 minute trek from me, it was worth it in the 30 degree sun! The quality of the food itself was really really good and it tasted amazing! The 2 ladies behind the counter were really welcoming and friendly too! Can’t fault anything!

   Great cafe/restaurant with excellent breakfast and good coffee. The prices are good too. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. We stayed at a hotel nearby for 3 nights and we had breakfast every day at the Caffe Venezia. The first two days the breakfast and coffee were really amazing. The third time, the staff changed and the service and the quality of breakfast and coffee was not the same as the first two times. If they are more consistent with their quality and service, this caffe could be one of the best cafes for breakfast in London.

   I have rated 3 stars which could have been 1 Star but I believe the staff listened to the feedback I provided. 1 - It was unclear where we got a menu from and found one ourselves and it was then unclear if we went up to order or someone would come to us. Turned out it was the former - this is no problem but it's not obvious. 2 - My Wife wanted Crepe but wasn't available as the cook 'had only just got in' ??? 3- Tried to order Orange juice but machine was broken - understand these things happen 4- My Wife then ordered Eggs Benedict which had Bacon when it arrived which isn't on the menu but no Spinach which is on the menu - apparently the menu changed but the cook forgot. 5- 10 minute wait for my food (Eggs Royale) after my wife's arrived - I did get Spinach. Thanks to the staff for listening to my feedback - I hope you can improve as it seems a nice family place

   This place is seriously amazing and such a hidden gem in Hounslow! The quality is fantastic and the service is wonderful and so genuine. It really gave me immaculate Chelsea cafe vibes and the quality of the food was like I was eating in an actual cafe in Italy!! I ate dinner here and the pasta is super good!! I will be back asap for more. Also came back again for the second time for coffee and it’s oh so yummy. You don’t want to miss this hidden gem in the heart of Hounslow Central!
