   The cleanliness of the cafe is absolutely disgusting. This place needs to be closed down and deep cleaned. The cups, cutlery, tables, chairs, the floor and the toilets in Morrisons are the worse I’ve ever seen. I will be reporting the local authorities .

   Come on morrisons you need to improve on your food quality, i was served a dried mushroom that was heated from frozen and it was still cold, the toast bacon all cold had to return it they said will warm it up this is not healthy and the staff brought it back just heated it up saying it’s a new one

   First time eating at this Morrisons Cafe having been shopping here a few times since its opening alongside Bang Bang a few years ago. I agree with the more recent reviews that have stated this cafe is severely understaffed and lacking any management, as well as having dirty cutlery despite being in the dishwasher. I used the self-kiosk to order two small fish and chips (realised the 2 for £15 deal did not automatically come up unless I actually confirmed it. My mistake there) plus a steak pie and mash. The fish was overcooked and mushy peas not as green. The steak pie had hard pieces of beef and when cut the pastry was very dry, as was the mash. Not even the gravy could save it. A saving grace was the chips which were more oven fries if that is your thing. Only one person in the kitchen and one person clearing the tables or serving the food it is no wonder this Morrisons cafe was deserted and untidy. What a shame.

   Went there over the counter to order and the lady seemed bothered to take my order. Order a chicken burger and a small breakfast. Unfortunately the chicken was not cooked and the hashbrown from the breakfast. I felt sick afterwards and i put a conplaint to morrison and they only offer me a refund of £7.50. I has to tell them that my order was 14.50£ so they could refund me and they could onoy refund as Morrisons points. Ver disappointed with how morrison handled it.

   I had a very disappointing experience here. The café was severely understaffed, and although the staff tried to be helpful, the overall management was a mess. I ordered a cup of tea, but there were no clean cups available—neither ceramic nor paper—because the dishwasher cycle hadn’t been completed. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to get a cup. Many tables were left dirty with used dishes sitting there long after customers had left, making the place look very unkempt. The food was just as bad. I ordered a breakfast meal with scrambled eggs, but the eggs were completely solid, and the rest of the food was cold. It was, without a doubt, the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it.

   Its a nice little cafe, very cheap and ok for a midday week meal. The reason i’m giving a one star is the opening hours…very misleading. On the website its says 5pm on sunday, twice we went only to find out its closed!

   It is a budget friendly cafe that offer a range of food, like sandwiches, fish & chips , baked potato , coffee & tea. Definitely a good spot for the residents nearby!

   Cold breakfast had to be sent back all 4 of them. And a rip off 7 pound for a breakfast that was small, bacon was wafer thing smallest portion of beans would never go back

   This cafe used to be nice.. but this morning the service was bad. The lady in the till has no manner at all. Not smiling, cold, saying she’s alone and we have to wait while in fact I only ask if we can order through the till because it says in there “sorry this Lane is closed”. She’s arguing saying, I didn’t say my other orders. How I wish the CCTV can capture the conversation also. I thought if you’re working in a hospitality industry you’re suppose to be warm and welcoming, but this lady is not. Good thing our food was delivered by a different server. I regret having breakfast here after a long night shift in the hospital.

   I've just had a breakfast here and unfortunately it was utterly dreadful. Just awful. Potentially the worst meal I've ever had in my life. Everything, and I mean everything, was completely cold, even the coffee. I was the only person in the cafe at the time, so I don't understand why they gave me a completely cold meal... This was shockingly bad. Also, the tables were dirty and covered in grease from previous customers, even though I got here shortly after 8am. All I can say is never again.
