Absolutely 5 star service from Northwich motors. I’m new to the area and was unsure of where to take my car for an MOT and am so glad to have found this garage. They managed to fit my car in within a week (which passed, yay!) Alex is clearly very knowledgeable on vehicles and took the time to go through the advisories on my car. I really appreciate the good and honest service from these guys and definitely will be returning for future MOTs/work needed and to hopefully purchase a car from them in the near future. Absolutely 5 Star. Bought a keenly priced car off Errol a few weeks ago taking my car in part exchange and saving me a load of hassle as well as making my new car more affordable. Thought I had an issue the following day (but it turned out it was just my lack of knowledge) nevertheless Errol responded immediately and explained patiently (I've no doubt!). A second minor issue this morning in regard to the windscreen washer nozzles. Errol only too happy to oblige again. Great little car, great service, top guy. Happy Days
I got in touch with Northwich Motor’s last Tuesday, their response time was efficient, as I was responded to outside of business hours. The next day, I received a message from Errol and we’d had a call to discuss the car or any other questions I had. We viewed it that Saturday and also took a test drive, I feel he was transparent about everything to do with the car, their services and the whole process was very flexible and easy. We also had a free delivery included as we lived in a radius to the garage. Also, as our car was £0 tax he even went out of his way to do that task of taxing it for us which I feel was very kind as he didn’t have to do that. Overall, this was my me and my partners first car purchase too and with Errol’s service I feel it made it that bit easier. I would 10/10 recommend going to Northwich Motor’s if you’re looking for decent cars and a great service.

Bought a van from them, they were great. Very helpful, good value for money ***** The above was written the day we bought the van. Two days later we had to take the van to a garage as front & rear brakes were totally shot, they were running metal to metal. This was very surprising as the garage owner made a point of telling us that both sets of brakes had been done just before the sale. We advise to double check everything with an independent source before purchasing anything from this garage.
Just bought a lovely little Suzuki Swift off Errol at Northwich Motors. Can’t fault him at all. Sent me a video of the car as I’m a distance away. Sorted the tax and I was on my way. Thanks Errol.
