   People who goes to Harrow on the Hill must try this coffee place , well served , well treated. With a smile, the ower or manager approached me to say good morning, I was surprised, in other coffe shops the staff wish we were not there, many of them shows on their faces the burden to be working. I ordered a coffee, it came with a biscuit, I order a cheese and toast, it came with extra salad , well displayed on the plate , it was impressive . Guys thank you for the VAP experience.    I had a wonderful experience at this café. The service was very fast, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Simona, who works here, was incredibly kind and friendly. She spoke to me in a very pleasant and respectful way, which made the visit even more enjoyable. You can truly feel when someone does their job with heart, and she definitely does. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a positive vibe. I will gladly come back!

   Amazing !!!!!! Best Italian cafe in Harrow !!!!! I go there now and again for breakfast or just coffee. Staff is very polite and friendly. The food is so fresh and tasty. Place is very clean and vibe is very peaceful. 100% recommended.

   The coffee shop has a nice location just a couple of minutes walk from St Ann's Shopping Center and St George's Shopping. The staff is nice, smilling. The service was very smooth. The food is good, give a try of the different breakfasts they offer. The Classic Breakfast is tasty. The coffee is good Some outside seating for sunny or warm days. Bus stops and other shops next to the coffee place.

   This was my first visit to this coffee shop as I fancied a jacket potato. When I decided what I wanted, I waited to be served by a lady who was playing with her phone the whole time I was standing deciding what to have and another lady at the front cabinet displaying pastas and potatoes. I ordered cheese and beans on my potato and a black coffee. As I was waiting to pay, they started conversing in their own language, (I find this to be quite rude in front of customers). Where I sat, the table hadn't been cleaned and there were dirty tissues under the table. My food came and straight away I could tell it wasn't very hot. The beans were just warm, the cheese was cold, grated over the top and the potato itself tasted a little stale, like it had been left out for a while. It wasn't until I got nearer to the center that it became hotter. (Microwave blast). Saying that, I did eat it all because I was hungry but I probably won't go back. There is a much nicer little cafe on the service road alongside where HSBC bank is. Their potatoes are piping hot with hot beans and melted cheese, oh and it also comes with a nice little side salad. I thought that was as standard? It's a shame as it looks like a promising eatery from the outside. Feel like it needs a re-think.

   Great coffee shop with huge selection of cakes and pastries and good coffee. Staff were kind. Just tables could be a bit more clean, there were few still with crumbs and empty cups and it wasn't too busy. I would go again still
